Unfortunately, it's not easy as the Rentals are far from wonderful, I guess they really wanted you to use your own Pokémon.

Here I've gone for as diverse a team as possible in terms of types, whilst aiming to use the Pokémon which have the biggest advantage in their moves. I'm not going to lie here, the battles are so much easier if you can train your own Pokémon because you'll have so much more flexibility over the moves you want to use, but sometimes life deals you lemons. I have chosen the following Pokémon for my Recommended, "If you can't win with these, Pokémon Battles are just not your thing, period", teams, one a team of Rental Pokémon for those of you who are unable to train your own Pokémon on Red, Blue and/or Yellow, and a team for those of you who are able to do so. You'll also have far more control of your moves, rather than having to make do with weaker, disadvantageous moves as per your Rental Pokémon, as well as having the option to raise Pokémon to slightly higher levels (or raising one to Lv20).Īs with all Challenges on Pokémon Stadium, if you manage to win your match without a single one of your Pokémon fainting, you will earn an Extra Continue.

In Pokémon Stadium, you'll find that you can just about get away with Rental Pokémon for the first Round, but you'll begin to struggle quickly in Round 2 which kind of demands the use of your own, trained Pokémon. Self KnockOut Clause (Final Pokémon fainting at the same time as opponent equals loss).Freeze Clause (No more than 2 Pokémon Frozen).Sleep Clause (No more than 2 Pokémon Asleep).Level Range - Must be between Level 15 and Level 20.Level Restrictions - Combined Pokémon Levels must not exceed Level 50.
